THE FILE

Meet Nightmare Fuel, a one-of-a-kind upcycled Goosebumps flannel made from a rescued plaid shirt and patches cut from an old Goosebumps bedsheet. Because apparently childhood nostalgia wasn't chaotic enough without involving a sewing machine.

The blue, black, and cream plaid flannel features colorful Goosebumps character patches across the front and a bold, oversized graphic patch on the back. Think creepy cartoon creatures, electric purple, radioactive green, and enough personality to make a regular flannel feel deeply inadequate.

It's nostalgic. It's weird. It's a little creepy. And it's exactly the kind of funky statement clothing The Modern Alien exists to create.

The only thing scarier than this shirt? Showing up wearing something boring.

THE MUTATION

An existing plaid flannel was given a completely new personality using patches cut from a rescued Goosebumps bedsheet.

The character graphics were arranged and sewn onto the front, while a large statement patch transformed the back into the main event.

Instead of throwing away a bedsheet or leaving a perfectly good flannel looking painfully normal, we combined them into something much more interesting.

FIT CHECK

This is a reworked garment, so please use the actual measurements rather than relying solely on the original tagged size.

Wear it buttoned up, open over a graphic tee, or layered as an overshirt. The styling possibilities are significantly less terrifying than the patches.

This specimen was created using existing clothing and rescued textiles. Because The Modern Alien reworks garments individually, small variations, imperfections, or signs of their previous lives may exist.

We don't call that damage. We call it evidence.

CARE

To help protect the graphic patches and stitching, turn inside out and hand wash cold when possible. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat and direct ironing over the printed patches.
