Most of our pieces are handmade, upcycled, or one of a kind. We take extra care to make sure your new favorite weird thing arrives safely.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. It does not include delivery time.

Because many of our pieces are handmade or one of a kind, processing times may occasionally vary. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and available shipping options.

You'll see your shipping cost before completing your purchase. No guessing games. No alien math.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

These estimates do not include our 2–5 business day processing period.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival dates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for your tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.

Responsibility for lost or stolen packages is determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@themodernalien.com.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be returned and reshipped.
