Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. While we cannot offer returns or refunds, we will do our best to make it right within the limits of our handmade, one-of-a-kind inventory.
