Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the handmade, upcycled, limited-edition, and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Color or style preferences
Items that do not fit as expected
Sale or discounted merchandise
One-of-a-kind and upcycled pieces

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

HANDMADE & UPCYCLED ITEMS

Many of our products are handmade, reconstructed, or created using reclaimed materials.

Because of this, items may feature unique characteristics such as slight variations in stitching, fabric texture, color, or construction.

These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not automatically considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any known imperfections.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want your order to arrive exactly as expected.

If you receive an item that is damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@themodernalien.com.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

The 48-hour contact period helps us investigate shipping-related problems promptly and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, we do not guarantee cancellations or order modifications once an order has been placed.

We will do our best to help when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by applicable law or included in an approved resolution for a damaged or incorrect order.
