Each item is created as a single, one-of-one design and cannot be replicated or restocked. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product details, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@themodernalien.com
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer store credit.

- lost or stolen packages
- delays caused by shipping carriers
